Kathleen Wyeth is the Director of the Office of General Counsel Claims Litigation Group at AF Group, responsible for national oversight of all claim litigation, including management of an in-house staff counsel operation of attorneys, paralegals and support staff, litigating workers compensation matters in 10 jurisdictions. Kathleen also directs all Medicare compliance activity for the enterprise, handled in-house by a staff of attorneys and support staff. She has presented on Medicare Secondary Payer compliance topics at various national and state professional conferences over the past 10 years and has co-authored the Michigan Chapter of The Complete Guide to Medicare Secondary Payer Compliance, published by LexisNexis. She is a member of the Claim & Litigation Management (CLM) Workers' Compensation Advisory Board. Kathleen graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and has spent 22 years working in the insurance industry, with a primary focus in workers’ compensation litigation.
