Julie Runser is the Manager of Small Business TPA Oversight at CNA. She leads the claim operation for liability, auto, and workers compensation Small Business customers. She also partners with CNA Underwriting and Field Sales to ensure customers are provided with an exceptional claim experience. Julie has been in the Property & Casualty industry for 16 years. She began her insurance career as a claim professional and transitioned to various claim and leadership roles while working for some of the industry’s top carriers. She has multi-line claim experience in both Personal and Commercial lines, which also includes leading teams within Claim Operations. She joined CNA in August 2018. Julie received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Illinois State University.
