Joy Hughley has over 15 years of experience within the insurance industry and is a proven professional in claims management. Joy began her career as a Disability Specialist and rose through the industry in various roles. In her current position, as an Account Manager for Cannon Cochran Management Services, Joy works with the client and broker to develop, implement, and maintain the client service model and goals in conjunction with CCMSI Best Practices. Joy seeks to deliver the best possible outcome for each client program while being an advocate for the client. Joy has experience working with various industries including hospitality, retail, construction, healthcare, warehouse, and leasing/staffing. Joy currently holds the State of Florida Workers’ Compensation license as well as multiple reciprocal licenses. She presented as a speaker at the Florida WCI Conference in 2017 and 2018. Joy received the InTouch Workers’ Compensation Claims Professional “Making a Difference” Excellence Award. Joy is in the process of obtaining her Workers’ Compensation Commercial Property Casualty Underwriting (CPCU) Professional Designation.
