L.J. Battagliese is the President of RPS Monument. RPS Monument provides program administration services to Workers’ Compensation Self Insured Groups and Individual Self Insured clients. Groups administered by RPS Monument provide benefits for over one third of all the self-insured payroll covered by Private Self Insured Groups in the State of California. L.J. has over 15 years’ experience in the Workers’ Compensation, Property and Casualty, and Alternative Risk insurance markets. Prior to joining RPS Monument, he worked for Federated Mutual Insurance Company. L.J. has also served on the Executive Board of the California Alliance of Self Insured Groups since 2014.
